Mailing list
The mailing list PLT-Info allows communication of professionals in undergraduate labs. It is administered by Bernd-Uwe Runge (University of Konstanz) since 2008 and is free of advertisement and commercial interests. Currently, it reaches more than 300 subscribers with about 2 to 10 messages per month.
A comment on data protection: This mailing list is not hosted by the DPG but by the University of Konstanz and run by a private person. Personal data provided by users are stored on servers of the University of Konstanz. For information on storage and use of your personal data please consider the university website.
Subscribers of the list
(1) receive all posts and
(2) can submit posts themselves to the list.
For the latter action, the address provided by the subscriber’s mail server has to be exactly identical to the registered address. Redirections are not followed. In case of a change of your mail address please notify the provider to continue to be able to post messages. Otherwise you will only receive posts.
For list subscription, please send an e-mail to

(a) e-mail address
(b) name, first name, academic title
(c) organization
