Events in the Magnus-Haus Berlin

Coronavirus | Currently, events of the DPG and PGzB take place online for health protection reasons. If you would like to attend, please register so that we can send you access details. Some DPG or PGzB working group meetings may be held face-to-face following the hygiene concept that has been developed. Room rental to third parties is also possible - adapted to the circumstances.

The DPG and PGzB events taking place in the Magnus-Haus Berlin take up contents from the entire spectrum of physics and associated socially relevant questions. The event formats include, among others, scientific evening lectures and the Berlin Industry Talks, both of which are series of events aimed at a broad public audience, specialist lectures such as the Physics Colloquia of the PGzB, events of the Senior Expert Network working group, public discussion rounds as well as press and media events, such as the one on the occasion of the announcement of the Nobel Prize in Physics. The calendar of events of the Magnus-Haus is regularly updated. The events listed here are open to the public, but in most cases we ask for registration. Exception: For events of the Physikalische Gesellschaft zu Berlin registrations are not necessary.
