Share your enthusiasm beyond your physics studies in the Young DPG.
The Young DPG shows young people at school that they are not alone with their interest in physics. Our local young DPG regional groups remind students why studying is worthwhile. At our 200 young DPG events every year, you will find answers to your questions about studying physics, doctoral studies, and career entries. Together with 4,000 young DPG members, we solve your very personal, physical "initial value problem".
The jDPG offers a wide range of events, both at the place of study with regional events and nationwide. Theory workshops, physics competitions, and excursions provide opportunities to dive deeper into the subject matter together.
We also engage in international exchange with other youth organizations and offer a varied career preparation program for physicists. You can find our upcoming events in the event calendar.
