optiX fab GmbH has established itself in the development and production of high-precision optics for the EUV, soft X-ray, and XUV spectral ranges. The company was founded on August 1st, 2013 as a spin-off from the Fraunhofer IOF. 

Based in Jena, the City of Light, optiX fab designs and manufactures customized multilayer and grazing incidence optics for EUV lithography at 13.5 nm, as well as for applications across the full spectral range from 1 to 100 nm. Their customers include chipmakers, EUV tool and source manufacturers, universities, research institutes, and synchrotron facilities worldwide.

You will have the opportunity to get to know the company through an exciting tour of the cleanroom and machine room, followed by a presentation.
