Image rights I agree that the Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft e. V. (DPG) may use image and video recordings made during the event with me as the person depicted for all public relations purposes, in particular for distribution on its own websites, in print products and in social media. The DPG shall also be entitled to reproduce and edit the image and video recordings, e.g. shortening/cutting or synchronisation, and to archive the recordings. The recordings may be offered by DPG as video or audio for download. In addition, the DPG may pass on the rights of use to the image and video recordings to third parties for non-commercial purposes.
