DPG-(Frühjahrs)Tagungen (DPG (Spring) Meetings) 2021

Due to the cancellation of the DPG-Frühjahrstagungen (DPG Spring Meetings) 2020, the DPG has suffered a considerable loss of scientific exchange, also on an international level. The aim of the DPG is to be able to make this exchange, which is so important for science, possible again in 2021 through conferences.

The course of the corona pandemic continues to call all previous plans into question and affects the organisation of the DPG-Tagungen (DPG Meetings). The presence meetings of the SKM, SAMOP and SMuK sections, originally planned for spring, will be postponed to late summer or autumn 2021. It will be continuously examined in which form and to what extent these are feasible at this time.

In addition, virtual conference formats are planned by the SMuK section and some divisions in March 2021.

We will be keeping you continuously informed about the conference dates and the current status of the planning on this website.
