DPG-Herbsttagungen (Fall Meetings)
With the DPG-Herbsttagungen (Fall Meetings), the DPG was launching a new cross-sectional conference format in 2019. DPG-Herbsttagungen (Fall Meetings ) are dedicated to a particularly topical research topic, which is jointly determined by the three sections of the DPG.
From 23 to 27 September 2019, the first DPG-Herbsttagung (Fall Meeting) addressed Quantum Science in its relation to Information Technologies. Further information can be found at: www.freiburg19.dpg-tagungen.de.
The second DPG-Herbsttagung (Fall Meeting) will take place in Göttingen from 8 to 12 September 2025 and will be dedicated to the topic of "Quantum Physics".
