Image Rights I agree that the Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft e. V. (DPG) may use image and video recordings made during the event with me as the person depicted for all public relations purposes, in particular for distribution on its own websites, in print products and in social media. The DPG shall also be entitled to reproduce and edit the image and video recordings, e.g. shortening/cutting or synchronisation, and to archive the recordings. The recordings may be offered by DPG as video or audio for download. In addition, the DPG may pass on the rights of use to the image and video recordings to third parties for non-commercial purposes.

Notes, registation and participation conditions Your personal data will be treated confidentially. In cases where it is essential for the organisation of the event, we reserve the right to pass on the data if necessary (e.g. to the hostel or the organisers). We can only consider fully completed registrations. The registration is binding! After completing the questionnaire, you will receive a message that your data has been successfully received. After the end of the registration period, you will receive a confirmation or, in the event of overbooking, a cancellation to the e-mail address you provided. In the event of unexcused absences or cancellations at too short notice, we reserve the right to block you from future jDPG and DPG events (except spring conferences). Alternatively, another DPG member can be nominated as a substitute participant. Participation in the excursion is at your own risk, the jDPG merely acts as an intermediary for the individual programme items. Participants must be at least 18 years old. All details of the programme are subject to change. The (j)DPG reserves the right to cancel the event. Of course, you will not incur any cancellation fees in this case.
