Accommodation and/or meals (see options above) will be organised by DPG-Kongreß-Ausstellungs- und Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (DPG GmbH) at the local youth hostel or similar. DPG GmbH will invoice you for the costs incurred there for accommodation and/or meals. Notes, registation and participation conditions Your personal data will be treated confidentially. If you book accommodation and/or meals, your details will be passed on to DPG-GmbH. In cases where it is essential for the organisation of the event, we reserve the right to pass on your details where necessary (e.g. to the youth hostel, the hostel or the organisers). We can only consider registration forms that have been completed in full. Registration is binding! Once you have completed the form, you will receive a message confirming that your details have been successfully received. After the registration deadline, you will receive a confirmation or, in the event of overbooking, a rejection notice at the email address you provided. If you have booked accommodation and/or meals, you will receive an invoice from DPG-GmbH at your postal address, which must be paid by 23 October 2026; otherwise, your accommodation and meals will be cancelled. If you cancel your participation by the end of the registration deadline, no invoice will be issued. In the event of a later cancellation, a refund of the costs incurred can no longer be guaranteed. In the event of an unexcused absence or a cancellation at short notice, we reserve the right to bar you from future jDPG and DPG events (with the exception of spring conferences). Alternatively, another DPG member may be nominated as a replacement participant. Participation in the seminar is at your own risk; the jDPG acts solely as a facilitator for the individual programme items. To take part, you must be at least 18 years old. All programme details are subject to change. The (j)DPG reserves the right to cancel the event. Naturally, you will not incur any cancellation fees in this case. Photographs and videos will be taken during the event. By taking part, you consent to their publication.
