Collective travel The event starts at the TLS. However, there will be the possibility of a collective travel, which is not part of the DPG event and is self-organised and self-financed.

Conditions of participation Your personal data will be treated confidentially. If necessary, we reserve the right to pass on a list of participants to the Thuringian State Observatory in Tautenburg. We can only consider fully completed registrations. The registration is binding! After completing the questionnaire, you will receive a message that your data has been successfully received. After the end of the registration period, you will receive a confirmation or, in the event of overbooking, a cancellation to the e-mail address you provided. In the event of unexcused absences or cancellations at too short notice, we reserve the right to block you from future jDPG and DPG events (except spring conferences). All information on the programme is subject to change. The (j)DPG reserves the right to cancel the event. Photos and videos will be taken during the event. With your participation you agree to their distribution.
